Route Zero

The Project

Strange Visuals was approached by Cause Campaign Partners, a consulting firm specializing in grassroots organizing, to produce photo and video assets for a nationwide electric vehicle campaign. Our role was to source photographers and videographers for the events, build an image and video library, and use those assets to tell a comprehensive story of the campaign.

The project involved coordinating photographers and videographers around the country over the course of several weeks to make a comprehensive series of multimedia content. Differing deadline needs meant editing photos & video in real-time, while also tracking long-term edits for the final project. Working with a team that blended editorial and commercial abilities allowed Strange Visuals to respond to those timelines, and deliver a cohesive visual product that was consistent across all events.

Press Use

Beyond usage within the Route Zero website, images and videos were used by partner stakeholders including the Sierra Club, Clean Energy for America, and the Electric Vehicle Association. Assets were also used by news outlets and tv networks from coast to coast.
